Responsibilities:
Block work, plastering, crack repairs, tile replacement and grouting.
Repair and maintenance of doors, cabinets and furniture.
Installation and replacement of hinges, locks and door fittings.
General building repairs, with attention to safety and quality.
Requirements:
Relevant hands-on experience in both masonry and carpentry.
Ability to use the required tools and complete work neatly.
Experience in building maintenance preferred.
