We are looking for an experienced CNC Laser Operator with 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in CNC laser cutting machines and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate should be able to read technical drawings, prepare CNC programs, operate laser cutting equipment, and ensure accurate, high-quality production.
❇️ Key Responsibilities:
✅Operate and monitor CNC Laser Cutting Machines safely and efficiently.
✅Prepare and execute CNC cutting programs based on technical drawings.
✅Create, modify, and optimize drawings using AutoCAD.
✅Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
✅Set machine parameters, including cutting speed, power, and material thickness.
✅Select appropriate cutting tools, materials, and machine settings.
✅Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and quality.
✅Perform basic machine troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance when required.
✅Minimize material waste through efficient nesting and cutting layouts.
✅Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
✅Maintain accurate production records and report machine or material issues.
✅Experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing.
✅Experience with CNC laser programming/nesting software.
✅Previous experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheets.
❇️Qualifications & Requirements:
✅Bachelor's or Diploma ( Technical diploma or relevant vocational qualification is preferred.)
✅3–5 years of proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator.
✅Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
✅Ability to read and understand technical/engineering drawings.
✅Knowledge of sheet metal cutting, material types, and thicknesses.
✅Good understanding of CNC machine settings and cutting parameters.
✅Ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting.
✅Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
✅Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
✅ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
