Gulfaar Group is looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer to join an EPC Project for Saudi Aramco in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
📌 Position: Procurement Engineer
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
🏗️ Project: Saudi Aramco EPC Project
📅 Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement activities for EPC project materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and coordinate technical/commercial evaluations.
• Source and evaluate suppliers in accordance with project and client requirements.
• Prepare purchase recommendations and follow up on purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and Project teams.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and ensure timely procurement to meet project milestones.
• Review vendor documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications and Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers/vendors regarding manufacturing, inspection, documentation, and delivery.
• Maintain procurement records, expediting reports, and vendor status updates.
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline.
✅ Strong experience in EPC project procurement.
✅ Experience with Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred.
✅ Good knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, RFQ/RFQ evaluation, and expediting.
✅ Strong understanding of EPC project requirements and material specifications.
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✅ Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
