We are looking for a highly experienced **Transport & Fleet Supervisor** with proven experience in vehicle leasing, fleet management, driver supervision, and transportation operations in Saudi Arabia.
**Job Requirements:**
- Valid and transferable Saudi Iqama.
- Must be currently available in Jeddah.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- **Extensive practical experience in vehicle leasing and rental operations is mandatory.**
- Strong knowledge of Saudi transport laws, TGA regulations, and traffic requirements.
- Experience managing transport operations in Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah.
- Ability to independently manage vehicles, drivers, customers, and leasing arrangements.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Willingness to work long hours.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage company vehicles, fleet records, and daily transport operations.
- Arrange vehicle leasing and rental agreements with customers and companies.
- Find new clients and business opportunities for vehicle leasing.
- Manage drivers, duty schedules, assignments, and performance.
- Supervise vehicle operations between Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah.
- Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, permits, inspections, and renewal records.
- Monitor rental payments, lease agreements, vehicle handovers, and returns.
- Handle traffic violations, TGA compliance, and transport-related documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, fuel consumption, and operating expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle profitability, expenses, and utilization.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
**Working Hours:** Long working hours required.
