🏗️ Position: Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
* Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
* Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
* Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor payments.
* Conduct material quantity calculations and cost analysis.
* Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants.
* Ensure accurate measurement and cost control throughout the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
* Relevant experience in construction projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software.
* Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
