We are hiring a Rider Operations Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor riders’ shifts, attendance and working hours.
- Follow up on missed shifts and daily operational issues.
- Monitor Cash on Delivery (COD) balances and collections.
- Support riders and help resolve work-related problems.
- Coordinate with management and maintain accurate follow-up records.
