We are looking for an experienced, active, and well-connected Business Development Executive to bring civil construction manpower requirements from companies in Jubail, Dammam, Riyadh, and other areas of Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities:
Visit construction companies, contractors, and industrial companies.
Meet HR Managers, Procurement Managers, and Project Managers.
Collect manpower requirements for civil construction projects.
Develop new clients and secure manpower supply contracts.
Build long-term business relationships with companies.
Manpower Supply Services:
We can arrange skilled and experienced civil construction workers according to clients’ requirements, project needs, and workforce demand.
Available categories include:
Steel Fixers
Carpenters
Masons
Painters
Scaffolding Workers
Other Civil Construction Workers
Workers with Saudi Arabia and previous ARAMCO project experience can be arranged, subject to availability and project requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in manpower supply, construction sales, or business development.

Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
