Strong knowledge of reservations operations, booking systems, and room inventory management.
FRONT OFFICE & OPERATIONS
6. Front Office Manager
Previous 5-Star Hotel experience required.
Strong leadership, guest relations, and front office operations skills.
7. Operations Manager
Previous 5-Star Hotel experience required.
Strong operational leadership and cross-departmental coordination skills.
8. Night Auditor
Previous hotel experience required, preferably in a 5-Star property.
Knowledge of night audit procedures, cashiering, and hotel financial reconciliation.
