Technical & Operations Manager – Marine & Industrial HVAC/R, MEP (Dammam, KSA)

A growing regional marine & industrial service provider is hiring a hands-on Technical & Operations Manager to lead site assessments, job estimations, operational modeling, and field execution across the Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys onboard marine vessels (yachts, PSVs, tugs, rigs, cargo) and industrial plants (Aramco, SABIC, RC, Marafiq).

Prepare technical scopes, BOQs, cost estimations, and execution assumptions for HVAC/R, chiller, and electromechanical repairs.

Directly supervise field technicians and sub-vendors during rapid-response port calls, overhauls, and system retrofits.

Ensure full compliance with HCIS, Aramco CSM, and marine class standards (ABS/DNV).

Key Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or Electromechanical Engineering.
8+ years hands-on experience in marine HVAC/R, chiller overhauls, or industrial plant maintenance in KSA.
Proven ability to independently inspect, estimate, and execute technical scopes.
Must have: Transferable Iqama & Valid KSA Driving License.
