JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage workers and allocate daily tasks.
• Ensure construction work meets quality and safety standards.
• Read and understand construction drawings and plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site workers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and site safety procedures.
