We are looking for a responsible and active Supervisor to coordinate daily staff activities at a factory site. Freshers are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all staff report to work on time.
Contact absent staff and coordinate their attendance.
Assign staff according to daily factory requirements.
Prepare daily attendance reports for facility management and head office.
Coordinate the mobilization of new staff and demobilization of outgoing staff.
Conduct site inspections every two hours.
Support staff training, documentation, and other operational procedures.
Coordinate with factory management and head office.
Requirements
Good English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
Freshers preferred; no prior experience required.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
