Counter Salesman – Electrical Shop
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Electrical Materials & Accessories
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Salesman to join our electrical shop in Dammam.
Key Responsibilities
•Assist customers with electrical product enquiries and recommend suitable products.
•Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer requirements.
•Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean and organised.
•Coordinate with the warehouse team to check stock availability.
•Develop customer relationships and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements
•Previous experience in electrical materials sales is preferred.
•Good knowledge of electrical cables, wires, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, lighting, and accessories.
•Good communication and customer service skills.
•Basic computer knowledge and sales documentation skills.
•English and Arabic language skills are preferred.
•Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
