FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is seeking an experienced **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager** for refinery, petrochemical and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.
The candidate shall have **minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience as an HSE Manager**, with strong experience in EPC construction environments and preferably prior **YASREF / Saudi Aramco approval or project experience**.
### Mandatory Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum **10–15 years of experience as HSE Manager**.
- Must have successfully completed at least **two (2) refinery or petrochemical EPC projects in the Middle East**.
- At least **one (1) successfully completed refinery/petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia**.
- Previous **YASREF and/or Saudi Aramco project experience/approval is highly preferred**.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline.
- Relevant HSE qualifications such as **NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent** are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco/YASREF HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems and industrial construction safety practices.
- Experience managing HSE requirements for **Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and MEP construction activities**.
