Requirements:
Must be currently residing in Bahrain. Proven experience in charcoal chicken shawarma. Skilled in marinating, stacking, grilling, and slicing chicken shawarma. Able to control charcoal heat and maintain consistent food quality. Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene. Able to work under pressure.
