FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is looking for experienced Project Engineers for refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas and industrial EPC projects in Saudi Arabia.
Candidates should have strong project execution experience in multidisciplinary construction environments, with prior exposure to YASREF, Saudi Aramco, SABIC or similar major industrial clients preferred.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer.
- Must have successfully completed at least two (2) refinery or petrochemical EPC projects.
- Previous YASREF / Saudi Aramco / major industrial COMPANY experience is highly preferred for candidates working on In-Kingdom projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline.
- Strong experience in coordinating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary site activities including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and MEP works, depending on discipline.
- Strong understanding of project drawings, specifications, method statements, schedules and contractual requirements.
- Experience coordinating with Client, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Construction and Subcontractor teams.
- Ability to monitor project progress, identify delays and technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco / YASREF engineering, quality and HSE requirements is preferred.
- Strong reporting, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating assigned project activities from engineering through construction and completion, including:
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
- Coordinating engineering deliverables, technical queries, RFIs/TQs and material submittals.
- Monitoring procurement and material availability against project schedule.
- Coordinating site execution with construction supervisors and discipline engineers.
- Monitoring planned vs. actual progress and supporting recovery actions.
- Coordinating inspections, testing and quality requirements with QA/QC.
- Ensuring compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Supporting variation, change-order and additional-work documentation.
- Preparing progress reports, technical updates and management reports.
- Coordinating with client representatives and attending project meetings.
- Supporting testing, commissioning, punch-list clearance and project closeout.
