FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is seeking an experienced **Project Manager** for refinery, petrochemical and industrial EPC projects in Saudi Arabia.
### Minimum Requirements
- Minimum **15 years of experience as Project Manager**.
- Must have successfully completed at least **two (2) refinery or petrochemical EPC projects in the Middle East**.
- Previous experience with **YASREF, Saudi Aramco, SABIC or similar major industrial clients** is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline**.
- Strong experience in overall EPC project execution covering **Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Project Closeout**.
- Strong background in multidisciplinary works including **Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and MEP**.
- Strong understanding of project contracts, schedules, cost control, procurement, quality and HSE requirements.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors and management.
- Strong knowledge of **Primavera P6, project controls, progress monitoring, risk management and reporting**.
- Familiarity with **YASREF / Saudi Aramco project execution, HSE and QA/QC requirements** is preferred.
### Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project delivery, including:
- Leading project execution from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Managing engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, planning and commercial activities.
- Monitoring project schedule, milestones, manpower, equipment and resource requirements.
- Reviewing planned versus actual progress and implementing recovery plans where required.
- Managing project budget, cost performance, cash flow and forecast-at-completion.
- Coordinating with client representatives and leading project meetings.
- Managing subcontractors, vendors and internal project teams.
- Monitoring procurement and critical material delivery.
- Managing RFIs, TQs, submittals, variations, change orders and claims.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, quality and HSE requirements.
- Supporting testing, commissioning, punch-list clearance and final project handover.
