**Job Description**
Supervise a team of food delivery riders, monitor delivery quality and on-time performance, ensure service and safety standards are met, and coordinate with operations and support teams to keep orders moving without delay.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise riders daily and assign tasks by coverage area and order volume.
- Track team performance: pickup speed, delivery time, completion rate, and complaints.
- Lead the team on the ground and handle urgent cases (delays, cancellations, peak congestion, vehicle issues).
- Coordinate with the operations room and support to keep service stable.
- Enforce quality, safety, rider appearance, and customer-handling standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on performance, productivity, and attendance.
- Train new riders and follow up on internal policy compliance.
- Help improve routes and coverage to raise logistics efficiency.

**Requirements**
- Proven experience in **supervision and team leadership**, preferably in food delivery or similar app-based operations.
- Practical knowledge of **logistics**: dispatch, routing, delivery times, area management, and field operations.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, and Outlook) for schedules, reports, and follow-up.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities during peak hours.
- Strong communication and field follow-up skills.
- Punctuality and administrative discipline.
- Valid driving license and good knowledge of target areas (an advantage).
- Experience with order-tracking systems or rider operations dashboards (an advantage).
