FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for ongoing industrial and refinery projects in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
The candidate should have strong site execution and supervision experience in civil, structural and infrastructure works, preferably within YASREF, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, refinery or petrochemical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Coordinate excavation, backfilling, foundations, concrete, rebar, formwork and structural works.
- Supervise roads, paving, drainage, underground utilities and related civil works.
- Ensure works are carried out as per approved IFC drawings, specifications, method statements and ITPs.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, Planning and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, materials and equipment utilization.
- Ensure required inspections are completed before proceeding with subsequent activities.
- Maintain daily progress records and support look-ahead planning.
- Identify site constraints and report delays or technical issues immediately.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE and quality requirements.
- Support punch-list clearance and project handover.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Technical Qualification / Engineering background in Civil Engineering.
- Strong experience in industrial civil construction.
- Previous YASREF / Saudi Aramco project experience or approval is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil drawings, specifications and construction procedures.
- Ability to manage civil crews and subcontractors effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
