China Railway 18 Bureau, a leading construction company, is looking for an experienced Structure Draftsman to join our team.
🔹 Requirements10+ years of professional experience as a Structure Draftsman.
Strong experience in high-rise building projects.Experience in 4 amp; 5-star hotel projects is mandatory.
Minimum 80% of total experience must be in high-rise buildings.
Candidates without relevant high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel experience will NOT be considered.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural drafting/detailing.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Candidates must submit an updated CV clearly showing relevant project experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed structural drawings for high-rise buildings and hotel projects.
Develop structural plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Prepare reinforcement and structural detailing according to approved designs.
Coordinate structural drawings with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
Revise drawings based on consultant/engineer comments and site requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and approved designs.
Assist engineers with shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and construction details.
Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing-related technical issues.Maintain proper records and revisions of structural drawings.
