FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is seeking an experienced **Work Permit Receiver (WPR)** for refinery and industrial projects in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
### Requirements
- Previous experience as **Work Permit Receiver (WPR)** in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas or industrial projects.
- Previous **YASREF / Saudi Aramco experience or approval is highly preferred**.
- Valid or previous **WPR / Permit Receiver certification or approval**, if available.
- Good understanding of **Permit to Work (PTW) systems**, including:
- Hot Work
- Cold Work
- Confined Space Entry
- Excavation
- Work at Height
- Electrical Isolation / LOTO
- Lifting Activities
- Good knowledge of site HSE requirements, JSA/JHA and toolbox talks.
- Ability to coordinate with supervisors, HSE team, operations and client representatives.
- Must ensure all permit conditions are understood and maintained throughout the work.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
### Key Responsibilities
- Receive and coordinate daily work permits from the client/operations team.
- Verify that work locations, scope, manpower and required safety precautions match the permit.
- Ensure required **JSA, certificates, gas tests, isolations and supporting documents** are available before work starts.
- Brief supervisors and workers on permit conditions and restrictions.
- Monitor compliance with permit requirements during execution.
- Coordinate permit suspension, extension, revalidation and closure as required.
- Immediately stop work where permit conditions or safety requirements are not maintained.
- Maintain proper permit records and coordinate with HSE and construction teams.
