FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is seeking an experienced **Safety Officer** for refinery, petrochemical and industrial projects in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
### Requirements
- Relevant experience as a **Safety Officer** in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas or industrial construction projects.
- Previous **YASREF / Saudi Aramco project experience or approval is highly preferred**.
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Safety or related discipline preferred.
- **NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certification** preferred.
- Good knowledge of:
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- JSA / JHA / Risk Assessment
- Toolbox Talks
- Work at Height
- Confined Space
- Excavation Safety
- Lifting Operations
- Scaffolding Safety
- Electrical Safety / LOTO
- Hot Work / Cold Work
- Emergency Response
- Good understanding of refinery and petrochemical HSE requirements.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
### Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and monitor work activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved HSE plans, procedures and client requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
- Review and monitor JSA/JHA and permit requirements.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with WPR, supervisors, construction teams and HSE management.
- Monitor PPE compliance and site housekeeping.
- Support incident / near-miss reporting and investigation.
- Maintain HSE inspection reports, observation records and safety documentation.
- Stop unsafe work where required and immediately report critical safety issues.
