B-Key Responsibilities – HVAC Site Supervisor
1. Site Supervision & Execution:
- Supervise daily HVAC installation activities, including PACU units, double-skin ductwork, exhaust fans, and control panels, in accordance with approved shop drawings, IFC drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC IFC drawings, installation details, and site execution requirements.
- Ensure quality workmanship, compliance with project specifications, and timely completion of assigned activities.
2. Site Progress & Resource Management:
- Effectively manage site teams, manpower, tools, and equipment to achieve planned project targets.
- Monitor daily work progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain the project schedule.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and ensure efficient utilization of available resources to meet project milestones.
3. Site Coordination with Client & Consultant:
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with the client, consultant and other site teams.
- Resolve site-related technical and execution issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow and minimize delays.
- Coordinate inspections, clarify technical requirements, and ensure all HVAC installation activities comply with approved drawings and project requirements.
