Quality control and quality assurance in HSAW pipe manufacturing.
Inspection of raw materials, in-process production, and finished pipes.
Welding quality inspection and monitoring of welding parameters.
Familiarity with NDT, including UT, RT and VT.
Inspection of pipe dimensions, visual quality, and mechanical test results.
Knowledge of applicable API, AMSE,ISO, and other relevant quality standards.
Preparation and review of inspection reports, quality documentation, and non-conformance reports.
Coordination with production, QA/QC, and third-party inspection teams.
