A company specializing in contracting, air conditioning, and refrigeration is seeking candidates for the following positions:
**1. Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician**
- Hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of installing and maintaining central air conditioning systems, cold rooms, freezer rooms, and refrigerated display cabinets.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Proficiency in copper piping, electrical connections, testing, and commissioning.
**2. Ductwork Technician**
- Hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of ductwork fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
- Ability to read drawings and carry out work according to the required routes and dimensions.
- Ability to modify and repair existing ductwork and install duct insulation.
**3. General Maintenance Technician — Electrical & Plumbing**
- Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults in lighting, switches, sockets, and electrical connections.
- Proficiency in repairing water leaks, water supply and drainage piping, and sanitary fixtures.
- Familiarity with basic air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance.
- Knowledge of water pump maintenance, door and lock repairs, painting, tiling, and minor finishing work is preferred.
**General Requirements for All Positions:**
- A valid driving licence.
- A valid, transferable Iqama, with sponsorship transfer to take place after the three-month probation period.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, deadlines, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work within a team and travel between project sites.
**Company Location & Work Locations:**
The company is based in **Riyadh**. Work may be in Riyadh or any other city, depending on project and operational requirements.
**Priority will be given to candidates with additional technical skills and those available to start immediately in Riyadh.**
