Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of international and fusion cuisine.
* Expertise in pasta, pizza, burgers, grills, soups, salads, and main courses.
* Skilled in homemade desserts and creative food presentation.
* Knowledge of menu planning, recipe development, food costing, and portion control.
* Experience in inventory management, stock control, and purchase orders.
* Strong kitchen leadership and staff management skills.
* Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
* Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef is required.
