We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, specializing in steaks and Josper grilling.
Requirements:
Strong experience in grill and Josper operations.
Excellent knowledge of different beef cuts and steak doneness levels.
Previous butchery experience, including trimming and portioning steaks.
Good understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and organization under pressure.
Location: Bahrain
