Main responsibilities
1: Supervise installation of metal sub-ceiling systems, brackets, vertical rods, channels, hanging systems, and ceiling panels.
2: Check installation alignment, levels, dimensions, and workmanship against approved shop drawings and specifications.
3: Coordinate with the teams, and engineers through the authorized communication channel.
4: Coordinate inspections, Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), snag rectification, and final handover.
5: Monitor labor productivity, daily progress, material consumption, and installation quality.
6: Coordinate with the foreman to maintain sufficient manpower and meet the work schedule.
7: Prepare daily progress reports, inspection records, and quantity measurements for payment documentation.
