🔹 1. Sales Engineer
Experience in contracting, construction, and maintenance services.
Strong skills in client relations, business development, and sales.
Ability to identify new business opportunities, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
🔹 2. Plumber / Mechanical Technician
Experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, and piping works.
Experience in mechanical maintenance, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
🔹 3. Electrician / Electrical Technician
Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of lighting systems, power distribution, wiring, and electrical panels.
Familiarity with fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and low-current systems.
Ability to perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance safely.
