SSRV Arabiaa is seeking an experienced and highly competent **FM Team Manager** to oversee and coordinate our complete Facility Management operations, covering **Cleaning, Housekeeping, Technical Maintenance, and General Facility Services.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of approximately **70 personnel**.
- Manage day-to-day FM operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, preventive and corrective maintenance, and other facility services.
- Plan manpower deployment, work schedules, and operational activities.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, safety, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, technicians, and service providers.
**Candidate Requirements:**
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, integrated FM operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of facility maintenance and soft services.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a multidisciplinary team of 70 or more personnel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous FM management experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
