I am actively seeking a position as an HSE Officer / Safety Officer in Saudi Arabia and am available for immediate transfer.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology alongside more than 5 years of hands-on site experience across industrial projects, civil construction, and plant shutdown operations.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for:
• Daily hazard identification, risk assessments, and JSA preparation
• Permit to Work (PTW) monitoring and system compliance
• Conducting regular Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety awareness sessions
• Performing site inspections, audits, and unsafe condition reporting
• Supervising high-risk activities, including LOTO, work at height, and hot work.
My background in Psychology provides me with a strong foundation in Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS). This helps me effectively communicate with site personnel, promote positive worker motivation, and build a proactive safety culture on site.
