We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our Cleaning & Maintenance Services team in Bahrain.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
✅ Relevant Experience: Previous experience in operations management within the cleaning and maintenance industry is mandatory.
✅ Manpower Management: Ability to manage, supervise, and coordinate workers from different nationalities and backgrounds.
✅ Client Relations: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
✅ Business Development: Ability to secure new cleaning and maintenance contracts, generate business opportunities, attract new clients, and contribute to company growth.
✅ Manpower Selection & Recruitment: Ability to identify, select, and provide suitable workers according to job requirements, client expectations, and site-specific needs.
✅ Operations Planning: Ability to organize manpower deployment, prepare work schedules, arrange replacements, and ensure smooth daily operations.
✅ Quality Control: Ability to conduct site inspections, monitor cleaning standards, resolve operational issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
✅ Problem-Solving: Ability to handle worker-related issues, client complaints, emergencies, and operational challenges efficiently.
✅ Cost & Resource Management: Ability to control operational costs, manage supplies and equipment, and improve productivity.
✅ Leadership & Reporting: Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and reporting skills, with the ability to lead teams and achieve operational targets.
✅ Business Development & Growth: A proactive approach to improving services, expanding the client base, increasing revenue, and developing new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Indian nationality from Kerala ONLY.
Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance operations.
Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal professionally with clients and workers of different nationalities.
Strong business development and contract acquisition capabilities.
Responsible, organized, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
Must be capable of managing operations independently and contributing to the company's growth.
