Position: Procurement & Installation Coordinator

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in furniture installation, site coordination, or procurement.
• Good knowledge of furniture materials, accessories, hardware, and installation methods.
• Ability to take accurate site measurements and conduct site inspections.
• Experience coordinating carpenters, installation teams, and suppliers.
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Check site conditions and identify installation requirements before starting work.
Manage and follow up on furniture installation activities at customer sites.
Assign daily installation work to carpenters based on project requirements.
Monitor carpenters’ attendance, work progress, and installation quality.
Ensure furniture is installed according to approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the project/sales team regarding site requirements, installation schedules, and site issues.
Identify and report any site problems, measurement discrepancies, damages, or missing materials.
Visit suppliers in Riyadh to identify suitable furniture materials, accessories, hardware, and other required items.
Search for new local suppliers and collect quotations and product information.
Compare supplier prices, quality, and availability and provide recommendations to management.
Follow up on required materials and ensure they are available when needed for installation.
Take site measurements and prepare accurate site survey information for quotation and production purposes.
Maintain proper records of site visits, measurements, installation progress, and supplier information.
Support the team in resolving installation and site-related issues.
Salary: SAR3500 to 4500 (Depends on your experience)
