Lead the Next Phase of Growth
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead business operations, profitability, and strategic growth for a growing power transmission and electrical infrastructure organization.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished professional with a strong track record in business expansion, project execution, P&L management, operational excellence, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth, expansion strategies, and annual business plans across India.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Own overall P&L, revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Lead power transmission, distribution, electrical infrastructure, and EPC project operations.
• Ensure timely project delivery, cost optimization, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams and strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Establish effective MIS, ERP, KPIs, dashboards, and performance management systems.
• Strengthen customer relationships with utilities, government bodies, EPC contractors, developers, and industrial clients.
• Improve operational efficiency, project governance, procurement, and contract management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 20–25+ years of leadership experience in Power Transmission & Distribution, EPC, Electrical Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy, or related infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience in business development, business expansion, and large-scale project execution.
• Strong P&L ownership, commercial acumen, and financial management capabilities.
• Experience managing large teams, multiple projects, and senior-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitability, organizational transformation, and sustainable growth.
• Education: Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant discipline. MBA preferred.
