Asatir Almasahah Company for Contracting is urgently looking for an experienced and reliable Tiles Fixer Subcontractor Team for an ongoing project in Riyadh.
Project & Scope Overview
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Total Scope of Work (SOW): > 50,000 m2
Rates: Competitive and attractive rates for qualified teams.

Key Requirements & Compliance
Iqama Validity: All team members must possess valid, non-expired Iqamas (Profession-specific/Valid status required).

Gate Pass Documentation: Prior to any site visit, the subcontractor must submit copies of all team member Iqamas to process and secure site gate passes.

Execution: Work can commence freely on site only after initial gate pass clearance and sample approval.
Commercial Terms
Payment Terms: 2 weeks (14 days) following official invoice approval.
