Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
A company specializing in GRC and UHPC façade systems is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial performance of its projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and commercial reporting.
• Review tender documents, pricing, quotations, and contractual terms.
• Manage payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Identify commercial risks and coordinate with project teams to protect project profitability.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including experience in a commercial management role.
• Strong background in construction, façade, cladding, or precast projects.
• Experience in contract administration, variations, claims, and cost management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is preferred.
• Excellent command of English.
