Pest Control & Termite Control
Location: Eastern Province & Central Region (Riyadh), Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business and secure contracts for pest-control and termite-control services.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Proven sales experience in pest-control services, with knowledge of termite-control solutions.
✅ Previous sales experience in BOTH the Eastern Province and Riyadh.
✅ Strong market knowledge and established client contacts in both regions.
✅ Ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, negotiate, and close contracts.
✅ A proven record of achieving monthly sales targets.
PRIMARY SERVICES TO PROMOTE
1. General pest control for commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
2. Rodent-control services.
3. Annual pest-control maintenance contracts.
4. Pre-construction anti-termite treatment.
5. Post-construction termite treatment.
PRIORITY CUSTOMER SECTORS
🎯 Construction & Real Estate: Building contractors, developers, villa projects, consultants, and property owners requiring termite treatment.
🎯 Food Businesses: Restaurants, catering companies, central kitchens, food factories, supermarkets, and cold stores.
🎯 Industrial & Logistics: Factories, warehouses, distribution centres, and logistics facilities.
🎯 Residential & Hospitality: Compounds, apartment buildings, villas, hotels, and serviced apartments.
🎯 Facility Management & Commercial Properties: FM companies, property managers, shopping centres, offices, and worker accommodation.
SALES COVERAGE
📍 Eastern Province: Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, Al Ahsa, Abqaiq, and Ras Tanura.
📍 Central Region: Riyadh and surrounding areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TARGETS
1. Achieve agreed monthly targets for pest-control and termite-control sales.
2. Secure annual contracts and termite-treatment projects.
3. Coordinate site inspections and quotations with the technical team.
4. Follow up on proposals, close orders, and support payment collection.
5. Submit weekly reports covering visits, quotations, confirmed orders, and upcoming opportunities.
Cleaning-service orders can also be developed as an additional business opportunity. The primary sales focus is pest control and termite control.
PREFERRED
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel between both regions.
