Pest Control & Termite Control
Location: Eastern Province & Central Region (Riyadh), Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, develop business in both regions, and deliver measurable growth in pest-control and termite-control contracts.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Proven sales and business-development experience in pest-control and termite-control services.
✅ Previous sales experience in BOTH the Eastern Province and Riyadh.
✅ Experience managing sales executives, setting targets, coaching teams, and monitoring performance.
✅ Strong market knowledge and established customer relationships in both regions.
✅ A demonstrated record of achieving personal and team sales targets.
✅ Ability to negotiate and close annual service contracts and termite-treatment projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for both regions.
2. Lead, train, and support the sales team through regular reviews and joint client visits.
3. Set monthly targets for each executive and take responsibility for overall team results.
4. Personally develop major accounts and close high-value contracts.
5. Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, facility managers, and procurement teams.
6. Manage lead-generation campaigns, enquiries, quotation follow-ups, and the sales pipeline.
7. Coordinate site surveys, technical proposals, and pricing with the operations team.
8. Monitor contract renewals, customer retention, and payment collection.
9. Submit weekly performance reports and monthly sales forecasts to management.

Pest control and termite control are the core business priorities. Cleaning services are an additional sales opportunity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Good English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing for lead generation.
• Willingness to travel between both regions.
