🎓 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
👷 EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
✅ 10–15 years of experience in planning and scheduling
✅ Preferably experienced in major plant turnarounds and shutdown projects
✅ Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Develop detailed Level 3, Level 4, and execution-level schedules using Primavera P6.
🔹 Prepare resource-loaded schedules, perform critical path analysis, monitor progress, and develop recovery plans.
🔹 Coordinate closely with contractors during shutdown and turnaround activities.
🔹 Review job plans, task durations, logical relationships, resource requirements, and work sequencing.
🔹 Conduct schedule risk analysis to identify weak logic, excessive float, unrealistic constraints, resource bottlenecks, and high-risk activities.
🔹 Assess risks related to critical inspections, discovery work, vendor availability, material delays, weather, safety constraints, crane availability, catalyst handling, testing, and startup activities.
🔹 Prepare daily, weekly, and management-level progress reports.
🔹 Develop planned-versus-actual progress S-curves.
🔹 Monitor schedule performance indicators, including planned progress, actual progress, schedule variance, look-ahead compliance, critical path movement, and schedule slippage.
