1. PRE – COMMISSIONING ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning of primary and secondary substation equipment (Transformers, GIS/AIS, CTs, VTs, Circuit Breakers, Protection & Control Panels).
- Perform electrical tests including IR, TTR, Winding Resistance, Tan Delta, Contact Resistance, and Circuit Breaker Timing Tests.
- Testing and commissioning of Protection Relays, SCADA, RTU, BCU, and Control Systems.
- Conduct relay testing using Omicron, Megger, ISA, or equivalent equipment.
- Perform secondary injection, end-to-end testing, and verify relay settings, trip logic, interlocking, and protection schemes.
- Verify installation, wiring, alarms, indications, and control functions as per approved drawings and standards.
