Amaala Global Company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, strengthen accounting controls, and optimize our ERPNext system across our logistics, transportation, and vehicle rental business operations.
We are seeking a professional who can maintain accurate financial records, improve financial reporting, support business decisions, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily accounting operations and ensure all transactions are recorded in ERPNext.
* Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and payment collections.
* Perform weekly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Monitor business expenses, vehicle costs, fuel costs, and project profitability.
* Manage VAT compliance, ZATCA e-invoicing requirements, and GOSI-related coordination.
* Prepare budgets, conduct variance analysis, and support external audits.
* Monitor additional service charges and ensure all billable work is properly documented and invoiced.
* Maintain accurate financial records, supporting documents, and audit-ready accounts.
* Supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate with management and external consultants.
* Support ERPNext optimization, financial process improvement, and internal controls.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and accounts management.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA requirements, and applicable accounting regulations.
* Practical experience with ERP/accounting software; ERPNext experience is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of bank reconciliation, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
* Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or vehicle rental is an advantage.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
