Skills: Oracle Primavera P6 (certified) and MS Project; WBS and activity sequencing; baseline and look-ahead schedules; weekly and monthly updates; critical path, float and variance analysis; EOT claim and delay analysis support; quantity-based progress measurement from drawings and BOQ; S-curves, manpower histograms, DPR and KPI reports; procurement and long-lead tracking; subcontractor coordination.
Mechanical and MEP: HVAC, chilled water, piping, plumbing and fire fighting, equipment submittals and delivery, pressure testing, flushing and pre-commissioning.
Tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI (PL-300 certified) for project dashboards. Education: BEng Mechanical Engineering, Osmania University. PMP in progress.
