We are looking for a skilled and experienced Machine Operator Technician to join our manufacturing team and contribute to efficient production operations and high-quality manufacturing standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in operating industrial machinery, preferably in plastic mold manufacturing.
* Ability to operate, set up, and adjust machines according to production requirements.
* Good understanding of technical drawings and operating instructions.
* Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Ability to use measuring tools and inspect product quality.
* Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety standards.
* Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
* Technical diploma or relevant qualification is preferred.
* Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor production machinery.
* Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet production specifications.
* Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
* Identify operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
* Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
* Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
