PRiME Asset Intelligence™ (headquartered in Turaif, Northern Borders Region, KSA) is seeking an independent, high-integrity Mobile Equipment Inspector within our Asset Integrity team (reporting to the Inspection Supervisor) to inspect, functionally test, and certify earth-moving machinery (loaders, excavators, bulldozers, graders, backhoes, skid-steers), industrial trucks (forklifts, reach trucks, telehandlers), heavy vehicles (dump trucks, tankers, buses, service/contractor vehicles), and mobile lifting equipment (mobile/truck-mounted cranes, boom trucks, and lifting accessories where authorised) across site inspection yards and operating areas prior to mobilisation, during periodic inspections, and post-repair. Carrying full delegated Stop-Work and Quarantine authority, the successful candidate will verify equipment documentation and operator credentials, examine structural, mechanical, hydraulic, braking, electrical, ROPS/FOPS, and safety-interlock systems under strict PTW/LOTO controls, classify defects by risk, control site inspection stickers with full traceability, and issue digital inspection reports and weekly/monthly KPI dashboards.
Qualifications Required: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Heavy Equipment Engineering; a minimum of 3 years of hands-on equipment inspection experience (5+ years preferred for independent site authorisation and senior grading);
Certificates Required:
a recognised Mobile Equipment Inspector certificate (IQ-OHS or equivalent); LEEA qualifications (LEEA Foundation plus MOB, LAC, PLM, or SUP Diplomas where lifting equipment is in scope); working mastery of OEM limits, ISO 45001, ISO 20474, ISO 3450/5006/3471/3449, ISO 3691 / ANSI B56.1, ISO 9927 / ASME B30, and KSA safety/traffic regulations (with NEBOSH IGC / IOSH, NDT Level II VT/MPT/PT, and OEM training strongly preferred);
A valid driving licence; and working English proficiency (Arabic is advantage).
