Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain well testing equipment, including test separators, choke manifolds, pumps, flow lines, and related equipment.
- Perform pre-job inspections, equipment checks, and routine maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Assist with equipment rig-up, pressure testing, pumping operations, and rig-down activities.
- Monitor equipment performance, pressure, temperature, flow rates, and other operating parameters.
- Record equipment readings and report faults, leaks, or abnormal operating conditions to the supervisor.
- Assist in testing and monitoring well fluids, including oil, gas, and water, according to operational requirements.
- Follow approved operating procedures, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) requirements.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with site safety rules.
- Monitor potential hazards, including high pressure, H₂S, fire, and chemical exposure, and follow emergency procedures.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure all tools and equipment are stored properly.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support emergency preparedness activities and report unsafe acts and conditions immediately.
