Lead on-site ELV/ICT project delivery, ensuring schedule, quality, cost, and safety targets are met.
Manage labor teams and subcontractors, including manpower allocation, daily work planning, productivity, and performance.
Supervise installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues.
Monitor project progress, documentation, quality, and HSE compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Automation, or a related field.
8+ years of ELV/ICT experience, including 5+ years in site project management
Strong leadership and management skills, with proven experience managing on-site labor teams and subcontractors and delivering projects effectively.
Knowledge of at least three ELV/ICT systems, such as CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Structured Cabling, or PA/Intercom.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6.
Saudi/GCC project experience and a valid Saudi driving license preferred.
Salary: SAR 6,000–8,000/month
