What You’ll Do
Carve, shape, and sculpt Styrofoam (EPS/XPS) and other foam materials from drawings, 3D files, and reference images
Work from shop drawings and templates to match exact dimensions and proportions
Sand, smooth, and prepare surfaces for coating, fiberglass, GRP/GFRC, or painting
Build and join large sculptures in sections for transport and on-site assembly
Collaborate with our design, engineering, and finishing teams to keep quality consistent from concept to delivery
Follow workshop safety and quality standards, and meet project deadlines
Help with on-site installation when needed
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in foam carving, sculpting, or a similar fabrication trade
A portfolio or photos of past work (required)
Strong hand-carving skills and an eye for form, detail, and proportion
Ability to read technical drawings and work to measurements
Experience with hot wire cutters, hand tools, rasps, and power sanding tools
A team player who can work to deadlines
Arabic and/or English communication skills
