Ultra Laundry is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to supervise quality assurance and quality control across all laundry operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality standards throughout all laundry processes.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Inspect linen and garments for stains, damage, and defects.
- Monitor washing quality, chemical usage, and procedures.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Reduce rewash, linen damage, and customer complaints.
- Maintain quality control records and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial laundry or textile quality control.
- Knowledge of laundry processes, linen inspection, hygiene, and chemical handling.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
