Key responsibilities:
* Access control: Manage and troubleshoot Zkteco access control and fingerprint systems, including adding new users and managing entry logs.
* Networking: Configure and maintain Mikrotik routers and Reeyee access points to ensure high-speed, stable Wi-Fi connectivity across all locations.
* Surveillance: Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring all cameras are functional and recording correctly.
* General support: Provide technical assistance for hardware and software issues, including printing and general office connectivity.
* Maintenance: Perform regular system updates and hardware checks to prevent downtime.
Required qualifications:
* Proven experience with Zkteco access control hardware and software.
* Strong background in networking, specifically with Mikrotik and Reeyee equipment.
* Experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV security systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
* Excellent communication skills for assisting team members and clients
