V3 Middle East is looking for an experienced FLS Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience in Fire & Life Safety design review, inspections, code compliance, and coordination with relevant project stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• 8+ years of relevant Fire & Life Safety experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, SBC, IBC and applicable fire & life safety codes
• Experience in FLS design and technical review
• Site inspection and compliance experience
• Experience coordinating with Civil Defense / relevant authorities is highly preferred
• Knowledge of fire protection, fire alarm, means of egress, and life safety requirements
• Consultancy / design review background is strongly preferred
