V3 Middle East is seeking an experienced ARE – Project Controls for a major project in Riyadh.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong project controls and construction planning background
• Advanced experience with Primavera P6
• Experience with baseline and recovery schedules, progress monitoring, and KPIs
• Knowledge of EVM, EOT, claims, and delay analysis
• Strong management reporting capability
• Construction site and project supervision exposure
• Consultant / PMC experience highly preferred
